Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets, skin on
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp gluten-free tamari
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 300 g white rice
  • 250 g green beans, trimmed
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Method

  1. Start the rice, following its packet, and heat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
  2. Mix the honey, tamari and ginger in a small bowl.
  3. Put the salmon on a lined tray, brush it with the oil, and spoon over half the honey mixture.
  4. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, until the salmon is opaque and flakes when you press it. Spoon the rest of the glaze over as it comes out.
  5. Boil or steam the beans for 4 minutes while the salmon is in.
  6. Serve with the rice and the lemon wedges, with the spring onions scattered over.
